Another system we use is Bio-Feedback to teach a person how to breath, relax and reduce stress for better health. Stress is the major cause of all health problems and is the biggest factor in weight, smoking, high blood pressure, insomnia and overall poor health problems.

At Succeeding With Hypnosis you will work with a therapist each time you come in, we also supply you with an MP3 player preloaded with sessions to take home with you to reinforce the sessions. No need to come in to listen to the reinforcement sessions. Some of our sessions use brain entrainment to induce a deeper trance, “Note not used if client has history of seizures”.  We design sessions to meet the client’s individual needs as no two people are the same.

We will design a program utilizing some or all the therapies listed above to assist you in achieving your goals. To save you money the program are usually designed in three phases and you only pay for the first phase after the free consultation and first session. If it does not look like it will work for you, you owe nothing. During the next two phases you pay for each session when you come in. Your success and need for phase 2 and 3 depend on your co-operation and the problems you want to solve. Normally a problem did not happen in an instant and will not go away in one. It takes 21 days to create a habit and about the same time to change one. Another therapy that is often combined with these therapies is guided imagery. It basically has the same action except that it uses images instead of words. With guided imagery, you visualize yourself in a positive way, such as feeling great and enjoying yourself, having that promotion, doing what you like, etc. Some people are visual people; therefore using guided imagery with hypnosis can aid them better than words.
